What’s included

What you get on
every local haul.

Local and regional hauls are our bread and butter. We cover Indiana and the surrounding states — Ohio, Kentucky, and Michigan — for any trip that doesn’t require overnight travel.

The same attention that goes into a long haul goes into a thirty-mile vet run. Your horse is loaded by Diego, driven by Rinor, and delivered with updates the whole way.

  • Vet visits and farrier appointments
  • Sale barn drop-offs and pickups
  • Trainer or boarding facility transfers
  • New-home delivery (buying or selling)
  • Trail riding trailhead drop-offs
  • Show grounds transport (regional events)
  • Multi-horse loads from the same property

What to have ready before we arrive

To keep things moving smoothly, please have the following ready at pickup:

  • Current Coggins test (within 12 months for in-state; within 6 months for interstate)
  • Health certificate if crossing state lines (required for OH, KY, MI)
  • Any grain, supplements, or medications the horse needs during transit
  • Halter and lead rope (we bring backup equipment)
  • Contact information for the receiving party

Common questions

For local hauls we ask for at least 48–72 hours notice when possible. We can sometimes accommodate same-day or next-day requests depending on the schedule — reach out and we’ll let you know what’s available.
Yes. Single-horse hauls are common and we handle them regularly. Pricing reflects the full trip regardless of how many horses are on board, so multi-horse loads from the same property are more cost-effective per horse.
Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, Kentucky, and Michigan for regular local and regional hauls. Our USDOT and MC authority are pending — see our service areas page for current coverage.
Yes, for local hauls where timing works. Vet visit round-trips, for example, are common. Just let us know the expected appointment length when you request a quote so we can schedule accordingly.
